PPM’s Phnom Penh sales team recently participated in the National Women’s Health Day, showcasing Saforelle feminine hygiene products from French laboratory Biocodex. The event took place on 25-26 January 2025 at AEON II Supermarket, located in Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
During the two days, Saforelle’s booth attracted a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to families with children. Many visitors were already familiar with the brand, which contributed to a strong interest in the products on display.
Tech Symo, Country Sales Manager at PPM, highlighted that Saforelle has experienced significant growth in recent years. With increased marketing support from the French laboratory, the event helped to boost brand awareness. “Previously, Saforelle was ranked among the least popular feminine hygiene products in Cambodia. However, in 2024, we have seen a huge increase in its popularity, especially in Phnom Penh,” Mr. Symo said. He also noted that his team sold out a month’s worth of stock at three AEON supermarkets in Phnom Penh during that period.
In addition to the sales, the event included talks by two women’s health doctors, who discussed various topics and answered questions from the audience. Entertainment was also provided by a group of comedians from Neay Prek, including former movie star Tep Rindaro and renowned singers from the production house Hang Meas.
